Blessings:
19. Our family moved to Laguna Beach when I was 5 years old…
50 years later, I still call it my hometown.20. Learning to sail as a child, taught me a love for the wind.
When I had rebelled against the Church and Christ as a teen,
God used the sea wind to draw me back to Him.
I could not see the wind, but I could feel it…just like the Holy Spirit.21. A walk along the beach, breathing in the salty air, always restores and refreshes.
22. The utter abandon of diving into the ocean, opening my eyes
in the green world where I seem to fly.23. I met my husband Spence
because of our mutual love of sailing
and the sea.

Great photo and post, Mary ~
Just beautiful! So often, I dream of living near the beach. My hubby needs his pine trees, though, so I take my solace in going to the beach occasionally, and in looking at your’s and Jenny’s pics often!
So beautiful. We like many of the same things. Still fighting a cold/flu maybe I’ll go put my feet in the sand.
Gorgeous! I think I can feel the brightness, the moisture in the air, and hear all the ocean sounds!
