Easter Sunrise on the Knoll
Dawn came early this Easter,
so it was already light before 6:30 am
as we made our way up the hill.
God sent plenty of rain this year
so the way was decorated for us.
Early birds were there to welcome
Joy filled the air as we waited for others to join us
Time for Worship
Lifting our voices together in praise and wonder
The passage from Luke 24 was read and savored.
Then a time of exhortation and prayer for the communities around us
It was good morning!

I remember sunrise services growing up out there. Was just telling the kids about them the other day. Neat pics of yalls. Looks like a blessed Easter!
